Are you eligible for the Queensland Financial Resilience Program?


You are eligible to participate in the program if you…

  • Live in the Queensland region
  • Want to discuss your financial wellbeing
  • Have experienced financial hardship before, or feel you are currently at risk
  • Are concerned about your situation due to a change in your circumstances


If you have a Queensland SPER debt we can also help you to reduce or eliminate this debt through engaging with our qualified financial counsellor.

FAQs about Queensland Financial Resilience Program

  • Do I have to come in to the Neighbourhood Centre to access the program?


    Not at all.  We are able to help you via phone or online video call or we may be able to come to you if you are unable to make it in person to the Neighbourhood Centre.

  • Is there a cost to access the Queensland Financial Resilience Program?


    No. The program is funded by the Queensland Government and free to eligible participants.
